"I Was Arrested Over 124 Times" - Naira Marley Reveals In An Interview With Vice UK
Popular Nigerian Singer and Rapper, Azeez Adeshina Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley has shared some interesting facts about his life in a recent Interview he had with a notable fellow known as Vice Uk. Naira Marley however narrated some of his life stories in the interview session that lately for quite some time.
Naira Marley actually had an interview session with the UK personality in the person of Vice Uk, where he highlighted some of his past experience while in Peckham; a place Naira Marley claims to have grown up in. He therefore expressed his boundless joy and ecstasy to be in a place where he started his life journey years back. To Naira Marley being back to Peckham was really fun.
Speaking during the interview, Naira Marley recalled the type of notorious life people lived, in the South London. He further maintained that almost everyone both children and adults all had a police record because of the gangster - like life that was so much invoke. Naira Marley also confessed about how notorious he was. He admitted to have formed No Manaz, a group which he said was the most dangerous in the road by then, very fearful one for that matter.
As the interview continued, Naira Marley shared his story on how he started making music. According to Naira Marley, he was invited to fill in a blank verse or section in a song, and after he did many people fell in love with the track. This to a very large extent inspired Naira Marley to go into music.
Naira Marley also briefed the public, on the rate of violence he experienced while he was in South London. In a statement Naira Marley said: "I wouldn't say I was a gangster, I am a gangster". Naira Marley admitted that he arrested over 124 times owing to the notorious lifestyle he lived in Peckham. Below is a screenshot on the interview video:
Naira Marley in the video also asserted that Nigerians were not the foremost in Cybercrime and fraudulent Internet activities, it is just that they are erroneously said to be the leading people when it is not true, according to Naira Marley, Nigerians are not as bad as they are being depicted in most country.
